All products are couriered using Fastway Couriers & Courier Post. Target delivery times are: Business address (within CBD or suburban retail / business area) by 9:00am the next working day.
- Residential addresses: Next working day
- Rural delivery addresses: 2-3 working days
- Island to Island economy: 2-3 working days.
Same day delivery may be possible depending on pick up time, origin and destination.
Urgent couriers will incur an additional charge.

FREE gift packaging and occasion cards with your special message. At Bestgifts.co.nz Ltd, we pride ourselves on packaging your chosen gift with time and precision, and we do this for FREE.
Our gifts are placed into the fabulous fuzzy peach range of boxes or trays. Some gifts are packaged into coloured tin buckets, and will be couriered in an outer carton. Larger items such as the children’s scooters and picnic sets will be gift wrapped.

Returns & Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason please contact us promptly. Faulty or damaged products should be reported to us as soon as possible. We will repair, replace or refund as required by the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act.
